David is an experienced Financial Crime leader and investigator most recently as Regional Head Major Investigations Europe at HSBC. This role was across all lines of business retail, commercial, and Private bank as well as internal fraud and whistleblowing investigations. Prior to HSBC David served with the City of London Police working within the Economic Crime Directorate with responsibility for managing fraud squad, money laundering Investigation and the asset recovery teams with responsibility for “National Lead Force” investigations.
