In his current position as Supervisory Special Agent for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Miami, Mr. Renaldo Franklin oversees the Cyber Crimes/Child Exploitation Group to uncover, dismantle and disrupt the area of computer-based criminal activity as related to violations of laws and regulations, specifically relating to the sexual exploitation and/or victimization of children. During his 18-year career in law enforcement, Mr. Franklin has participated in numerous high-profile investigations, including, child exploitation, human smuggling, cyber-crimes, narcotics enforcement, human trafficking, and identity and benefit fraud. Mr. Renaldo is an award-winning public servant dedicated to securing the homeland from transitional crime and threats. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Auburn University in Alabama.
