Dina Melville
Dina is a Senior Director with CipherTrace, a leading cryptocurrency compliance firm, and is the Director of Industry Engagement for TRISA, an open source solution to the FATF Travel Rule. She works with governments, regulators, financial institutions, and cryptocurrency businesses to implement technologies that enable transparency and compliance within the virtual asset ecosystem, mitigating fraud, money laundering and other financial crimes. She is an international speaker on blockchain and cryptocurrencies and has been advising Fortune 500 companies on blockchain initiatives since 2016. She attended the University of Toronto and has studied blockchain, cryptocurrency and fintech law and policy at Princeton University, the University of Nicosia and Duke University. She currently serves on the FinTech Committee of the Canadian Blockchain Consortium.
