Ari is the Head of Legal and Government Affairs at TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company. At TRM, Ari works with law enforcement, regulators, financial institutions, and cryptocurrency businesses to help make cryptocurrency safe for billions of people. Prior to joining TRM Labs, he served as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary and the Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at the United States Department of Treasury and for eleven years as a Senior Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Ari received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. He serves as Chair of the Duke Performances Advisory Board, is a member of the Board of Little Folks School, and is active in regional theater.
